BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 head broccoli
1 lb. mushrooms
2 stalks green onion, sliced

MARINADE:

1 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery seed

Cut broccoli into flowerettes. Combine with mushrooms and onion in large salad bowl. Store in refrigerator.

Marinade: Mix all ingredients together and let set for one hour. Pour Marinade on salad and chill for one hour. Toss gently at 30 minutes.
