1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 jar soft plum or prune baby food
1/2 c. pecans or raisins
2 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix oil, sugar, and eggs. Add baby food. Sift dry ingredients, add to first mixture. Add pecans or raisins. Bake in well greased Bundt pan for 45 minutes at 300 degrees.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter

Mix together and bring to a boil. Pour over hot cake.
