PLUM CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (7 oz.) jars baby food plums
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl and mix at medium speed until well blended. Do not over-beat. Bake in greased and floured tube or bundt pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. While cake is still hot, top with a glaze made of bourbon and powdered sugar mixed together.

GLAZE:

1/3 c. bourbon
1/3 c. powdered sugar
