2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
2 sm. jars plum baby food
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well mixed. Pour into greased tube or bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool and drizzle with glaze.

GLAZE:

Mix 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar with enough lemon juice to make pouring consistency.
