MISSISSIPPI STUFFED WHITE SQUASH | |
1 med. squash 4 oz. tuna, drained 1 tsp. dehydrated parsley flakes 1/4 c. chopped celery 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. hot sauce 2 tsp. butter Boil squash no more than 4 minutes. Remove from water and hull out inside leaving a good shell. Chop the hulled out squash real fine, add all other ingredients to this and stuff shell and heap it up. Bake at 350 degrees for 20- 25 minutes until golden brown. Makes 1 serving for the midday meal. |
