FRUIT DIP 
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. can crushed pineapple (save juice)
4 oz. coconut, shredded
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk

Mix pudding with milk. Add pineapple and juice, coconut and sour cream. Chill. Serve with cantaloupe, pineapple, coconut, banana, strawberry, honeydew, watermelon, blueberry, grape, kiwi.

To lower the calories use sugar free pudding, low cal sour cream, pineapple in juice and skim milk.
