BLUEBERRY BUNDT CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 lg. eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. soft butter (or oil)
2 tbsp. frozen orange juice
2 c. blueberries
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350. Blend eggs, buttermilk, butter, orange juice. Add all dry ingredient and mix thoroughly and carefully fold in blueberries and walnuts. Bake about 45-50 minutes.
