2-3 lb. beef roast
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2-4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. fat
1 (12 oz.) Pepsi

Salt and pepper roast. Flour on all sides and brown in hot fat. When browned on both sides drain fat off. Open Pepsi and pour over roast. Place in 325 degree oven and allow to cook until desired doneness. Cook in covered container approximately 2 1/2-3 1/2 hours.
