MARBLE BUNDT CAKE 
4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2-3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 lb. butter
4 eggs
Grated lemon rind
1 c. milk (reserve 2 tbsp.)
1 tbsp. rum (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Beat together sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each one. Add vanilla, and lemon rind, beating thoroughly. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture alternating with milk.

After dry ingredients have been thoroughly mixed in, put 1/3 of dough in another bowl and add the cocoa, mixing thoroughly. 1-2 tablespoon milk can be added if too dry. Add rum to white dough. Pour white dough into greased and floured bundt pan.

Add dark dough on top and with knife swirl it into the white dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
