BUNDT CAKE 
1 1/4 c. butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
7 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract

Blend together the butter and sugar. Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time. Add flour and beat. Add vanilla or lemon extract. Pour in a greased and floured bundt cake pan. Swirl with a knife through the batter a mixture of 1/3 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Bake at 325 degrees for an hour, or until done. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
