SPICED CHICKEN 
Cut up a chicken frying size, dredge in flour and seasoning, place in roasting pan, pour the following sauce over chicken and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until done.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/2 c. prepared horseradish
1/2 box Mexican chili powder (sm. size)
1 c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. salt
1 garlic bud (optional)

Serve over boiled rice.
