STRAWBERRY CAKE 
2 c. All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 c. Granulated Sugar
1/2 c. Butter
2 Eggs
3/4 c. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Stalk Rhubarb
2 qt. Strawberries

Grease 9 x 12 casserole pan. Wash and slice strawberries and rhubarb, place on bottom of pan. Mix rest of ingredients and drop cake mixture by the spoonful on top of strawberries and rhubarb.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
