SALMON - CORN CASSEROLE 
3 hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
1 can salmon, drained & broken into pieces
1 can cream style corn
1/4 c. diced pimento
1 c. pkg. herb-seasoned bread stuffing
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Put into 6 individual casserole dishes. Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees about 25 minutes. (If mixture is baked in one large casserole, allow more baking time.)
