SPANISH STYLE STUFF ROAST PORK 
3-4 lb. fresh roast pork
1/2 tsp. salt
6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. black peppercorn

In a garlic crusher crush garlic, peppercorns and salt.

Wash and pat dry pork roast, season outer part with salt and pepper (tenderizer okay). Using sharp knife. make several 1" deep holes around each side of meat, stuff with crushed garlic. Roast in 350 degree oven for approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
