2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
2 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 egg yolks (beat whites stiff & separately)
1 c. pineapple (juice & all)
2 tbsp. boiling water

Beat well. Add the 4 egg whites, 1 cup nuts, 1/4 cup coconut. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in tube pan.
