TOP OF STOVE MEATLOAF 
1 lb. Chuck
6 tbsp. oats or dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. onions, chopped
2/3 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix and then shape into 6 small loaves and brown well in a frying pan. Pour off fat. Mix 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce and 3/4 cup of water. Pour over loaves. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until done.
