STOVE TOP MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. hamburger
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
3 or 4 small potatoes, cut into chunks
2 or 3 small carrots, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion
2 slices of bread, moist

Mix hamburger, salt and pepper, bread crumbs, onion and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Shape into two oval loaves or regular size hamburger patties. Brown on each side in pan using small amount of oil. When brown, place in a pot with lid (dinner pot), add potatoes, carrots, and remaining cans of tomato sauce. Cook on low heat 45 minutes to 1 hour.
