WALNUT CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter, cheese, and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat thoroughly. Add lemon rind. Add dry mixture. Stir in nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Bake in tube pan.
