EASY CHILI SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 cans Hormel chili without beans
2 c. water
1 can chopped tomatoes

In a large skillet, brown beef and drain. Add onion, green pepper, and chili powder and continue to cook at a low temperature until tender. Stir in other ingredients and cook until heated through, stirring as needed. Makes about 7 cups.

May be served over spaghetti and topped with grated Cheddar, and chopped raw onion. Beans may be added.
