RHUBARB SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 1/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 c. cut rhubarb (or more)
1 c. sour cream

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir. Add sour cream. Add rhubarb. Blend well. Batter will be thick. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
