FROG EYE SALAD 
1 box Acini di Pepe macaroni
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. pineapple juice
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple (chunk or crushed)
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
1 (14 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. mini marshmallows

These are to be drained well.

Cook and drain the macaroni.

In a double boiler cook sugar, flour, salt, pineapple juice, eggs and lemon juice. Cook until thickened and then cool. After this has cooled, add this to the macaroni along with the pineapple, mandarin oranges, the Cool Whip and the marshmallows. Cool. Serves about 30 people.
