FROG EYE SALAD 
1 box Acinide pepe

Cook as directed on box. A little longer if desired. Drain.

Bring to boil: 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 3/4 c. pineapple juice 3 beaten egg whites

Cool. Add sugar mixture to acinide pepe. Refrigerate overnight.

NEXT DAY:

2 c. drained mandarin oranges
1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 sm. bag miniature marshmallows
Maraschino cherries
Green grapes, cut in half
Water melon
Cantaloupe pieces
1 c. coconut
1 (13 1/2 oz.) carton Cool Whip
