SPAGHETTI WITH BROCCOLI-CHEESE
SAUCE
 
For 4 servings you will need:

1 to 1 1/2 lb. spaghetti
Boiling salted water
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears (10 oz.)

CHEESE SAUCE:

2 egg yolks
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 c. sour cream
Dash nutmeg or paprika

TIPS: In place of broccoli you can use zucchini, lightly sauteed, asparagus or brussel sprouts.
