QUICK VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 heaping tbsp. beef soup base
1 pkg. frozen sliced carrots
1 pkg. frozen French cut beans
1 can mushrooms
6 potatoes, cubed

Brown ground chuck and onion. Bring to boil and let simmer until all vegetables are done.
