10 oz. fresh spinach, torn in pieces
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
8 pieces bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
1 sm. sweet onion, sliced

Toss in bowl and add dressing: 1/2 c. white wine vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. ketchup Dash salt

Blend together and pour over chilled greens.
