1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
16 oz. mild picante sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
3 eggs
8 corn tortillas
6 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground turkey with onion. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce and picante sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine cottage cheese with beaten eggs. Layer in 9"x13" pan in this order:

1/2 meat

4 tortillas

1/2 cheese mixture

1/2 hard cheeses
