1 c. Wesson oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Mix oil, sugars, eggs and extracts together. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar. Mix above together (most will have to be done by hand). Roll into 1 inch balls. Set on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees.
