CREAM CHEESE CAKES 
1 pkg. Pecan Sandies Cookies (about 24 to 26)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling

Place a cookie in each foil laminated baking cup (no muffin tin necessary). Beat all ingredients, except pie filing, together until smooth. Drop spoonfuls on the mixture onto the cookies.
