MY MOTHER'S BROCCOLI & CHEESE
CORNBREAD
 
1 stick butter
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 box chopped broccoli
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 onion, finely chopped

Melt 1 stick butter in 9 x 12-inch pan. Leave small amount in pan and pour the rest into cornbread mix, cheese, onion, broccoli and eggs mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
