MARINATED LAMB CHOPS 
Combine in large shallow dish:

1/4 c. oil
1/2 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp, oregano and salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place 8 lamb chops (shoulder chops are okay too) in pan. Turn occasionally. Marinate for at least 4 hours. In a bowl mix together:

2 tbsp. Dijon style mustard, or yellow mustard
1 tbsp. anchovy paste, if desired
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 garlic clove, mashed

Remove chops from marinade and spread one side with mustard mixture. Broil coated side up. Turn and spread alternate side with mustard mixture. Broil. Delicious grilled in or out.
