BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 med. head of cauliflower, cut up
1 bunch of broccoli, cut up
1 sm. head of red cabbage, chopped
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 lb. of bacon fried crisp and crumbled

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cut up first four ingredients. Combine those with the peas and the bacon. In a separate bowl, combine the last four ingredients, then pour that over the vegetables. Mix well so all of the vegetables are coated with dressing. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
