STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
Bottom Layer:

1 (6 oz.) bag broken stick pretzels
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar

Middle Layer:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
1 med. Cool Whip

Top Layer:

1 lg. box strawberry Jello
2 (8 oz.) containers frozen strawberries in juice

Combine ingredients for bottom layer, put into 9 x 12 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Combine middle layer ingredients and spread over the pretzels. Empty Jello in bowl and add 2 cups hot water. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Add only 1/2 cup cold water and the frozen strawberries and juice. Mix; let cool for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Then carefully ladle onto the middle layer. Chill 2 hours.
