BAR B QUE CHICKEN 
2 med. onion
1/2 c. celery
1 c. catsup (or 1/2 c. tomato sauce and 1/2 c. catsup)
1 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 to 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
Chicken

Brown chicken slowly with onions and celery. Simmer balance of ingredients for sauce for 10 minutes. Drain fat off chicken. Pour sauce over. Bake in slow oven 325 degrees uncovered 1 1/4 hours until done. Basting occasionally.
