BAR - B - QUE CHICKEN | |
1 lb. chicken breast, skin off 1 bottle Heinz 57 sauce (lg.) 1 stick butter 1/4-1/2 c. lemon juice Salt & pepper to taste After you clean chicken put aside. Take the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over top of the stove. Dip chicken breast in the sauce and line in your baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. |
