1 c. choc. chips
1 c. plain peanut butter
1 stick butter
9 c. Chex cereal (any 2 kinds)
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in large pan. Stir in 9 cups Chex cereal; mix well. Pour into bag with 2 cups powdered sugar. Shake until all pieces are coated.
