PUMPKIN PIE (DIETETIC) | |
2 c. pumpkin 1 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. allspice 1/2 tsp. ginger Sweet 'N Low to equal 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs 2 tbsp. flour 1 pie crust Beat eggs, add all other ingredients and beat well. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes until firm. Test with toothpick or knife blade. |
