PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix
2 lg. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
5 c. milk
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 med. container Cool Whip
3 sliced bananas
2 cans cherry or strawberry pie filling
1 sm. can coconut
1 pkg. chopped walnuts

Bake cake as directed, use 2 round pans. Cool; break up in bottom of punch bowl one-layer. Prepare 1 package pudding over cake, layer 1-1/2 sliced bananas, next add 1 can pie filling, 1 can pineapple, 1/2 can coconut. Repeat. Spread Cool Whip on top, sprinkle walnuts. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 20 to 25.
