FROZEN FRUIT CUPS 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 med. pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained)
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. cherries (maraschino)
3 bananas (peeled and diced or cubed)
1/4 c. nuts (pecans) optional

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, and sugar together. Add rest of the ingredients. Divide into baking paper cups standing in muffin tins. Place in freezer until frozen. Remove from muffin tin and place in a ziploc bag and keep in freezer until needed. These can be made ahead of time and can be kept for 2 weeks in freezer.
