1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
1 c. water
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
Red food coloring
1 qt. strawberries
Graham cracker or regular pie crust
Whipped cream (optional)

Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, and water and cook until thick and clear. Remove from stove and add 1 package strawberry Jello and red food coloring. Let cool and add 1 quart strawberries and pour in graham cracker or regular pie crust. May be topped with whipped cream.
