MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 c. creamed style corn
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sweet pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. cheese, shredded
Dash of hot sauce

Mix all ingredients. Bake in oven 50 minutes.
