1 stick butter, melted
1 c. rice (not instant)
1 can beef bouillon
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
8 or 10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. jar pimentos, diced
1 bouillon can water
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch casserole. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
