CHICKEN AND CREAM SAUCE | |
4 1/2 lb. chicken cooked and cut in pieces 2 c. milk 2 (8 oz.) and 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. garlic salt 2 pkg. broccoli thawed and cut in pieces Place thawed broccoli and chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Break cream cheese in pieces and combine with milk in top of double boiler, add salts. Heat until cream cheese is blended. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Put grated cheese heavily on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. |
