1 lb. hot dogs
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and beat until smooth. Dip hot dogs in batter. Deep fry and drain.
