RASPBERRY DESSERT 
2 sm. boxes red raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. applesauce

Mix Jello with boiling water in large mixer bowl. When Jello is cool, place in refrigerator until set but not firm, then beat with electric mixer until frothy and increased in volume. Add applesauce and continue beating a little longer until consistency seems light. Pour into 9 x 9 inch container and let set about 2 hours (or longer) before serving.
