CUCUMBER GERMAN DISH 
4 lg. cucumbers
1 lg. onion
1 (#2) can tomatoes
2 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Peel cucumbers, slice about 1/4 inch. Put in large skillet, slice onion. Add to cucumbers, add tomatoes. Cook until cucumbers are tender. Cook sausage, and drain on paper towels. Add to mixture, also add sour cream. Cook for about 2 minutes. Serve with corn muffins. 6 servings.
