CHEESE AND PASTA HOT DISH 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 can (15 oz.) stewed tomatoes
8 oz. shell macaroni, cooked
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced thin
2 med. onions, chopped
1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. (1/2 lb.) Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef, garlic and onions. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce.

Layer in very large, deep casserole:

1/2 macaroni

1/2 meat mixture

1/2 sour cream

Provolone cheese

Repeat layers, ending with Mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
