HAM AND CHEESE ROLL-UPS 
18 oz. Pillsbury crescent rolls
4 thin slices pepper ham
4 tsp. hot Chinese mustard
1/2 - 1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. sesame seed

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough into 4 rectangles. Seal perforations. Place 1 slice ham on each rectangle. Spread with mustard and top with cheese. Do this with each rectangle.

Starting with short side, roll each rectangle and press edges to seal. Roll in sesame seeds. Cut each roll into 4-5 slices. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
