TUNA CELERY BAKE 
3 tbsp. onions
6 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can tuna fish
3 tbsp. Crisco
1 condensed cream of celery soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can of refrigerated biscuits

Cook onions in fat. Add flour. Gradually add soup and milk. Cook over low heat until thick. Add tuna and lemon juice. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Then cover with biscuits and bake 7 to 8 minutes longer.
