2 lbs. Italian sweet sausage (parboiled 10 minutes then cut in pieces)
48 oz. spaghetti sauce
4 oz. tomato paste
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1 diced onion
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 c. water

Add sausage in crock pot. Cook for 4 hours on low heat and 1 hour on high.
