BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 (1 lb.) box macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
3 slices Kraft American cheese for garnish

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, rinse and return to saucepan. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper and shredded cheeses. Heat; stirring until cheeses are melted. Place in baking dish and arrange 3 slices of American cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serves 6-8.
